Bioinfo group at X-meeting 2018

In October 2018, bioinformatics group members participated in the international event X-meting 2018, held in the city of Sao Pedro (Sao Paulo, Brazil). The X-Meeting is a Brazilian event with international reach which has an average of 400 participants. The Conference is an opportunity for students, researchers and companies to interact and diffuse knowledge.

The group participated with 8 posters and 1 software demonstration by the students in diverse areas, like proteins and proteomics, RNA and transcriptomics and software development and databases.
