Nathália Da Roz D'Alessandre
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCar, 2016–2021) and completed a PhD in Health Sciences at the Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa do Hospital Sírio-Libanês (IEP-HSL, 2021-2026), under the supervision of Dr. Pedro A. F. Galante, within the Bioinformatics group, where I currently serve as a Postdoctoral Fellow.
My research interests include genomics, transcriptomics, cancer biology, transposable elements (TEs), HERVs, and bioinformatics methodologies.
